requested sauce - the meat just doesn’t need it! (Want proof: stop
by one of my bbq competitions - you won’t find any sauce in my tent.)

Custom BBQ Seasonings - I offer a seafood, pork, and beef rub that is rivaled by few,
if any, and is used by more than one executive chef around town (shhhh) - $12 per cup.
