Hello, and thanks for checking out my site.  I am a caterer and culinary instructor based in Kansas City.  I travel across the country sharing my fare with clients, chefs, musicians, celebrities, and people that appreciate good food and a better experience.  I have a laid back style and vibe focusing on quality products from local artisans.  My events have included up to 3,000 people, but I really dig smaller, more intimate events – typically 35 people and below.  I am a strong believer in reciprocity. My events are based on 3 simple questions:

  1. What is your theme?
  2. How many people would you like to entertain?
  3. What’s the budget?
